Who we are
This website (spysec.eu) is operated by SpySec, an early-stage startup based in Ankara, Türkiye, whose incorporation is in progress. For any privacy question, contact contact@spysec.eu.
What this website collects
This is a static website. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it does not load fonts or other resources from third parties. There are no forms on this site.
If you choose a light or dark appearance, that preference is stored in your browser’s local storage. It is not a cookie and is not sent to our servers.
Like any web server, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as IP address, browser user agent, requested page and time of request. These server logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes and are not used by us to profile visitors.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell or share it with third parties, except with service providers that host our email and website on our behalf, or where required by law.
Legal basis and retention
We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and responding to enquiries, in line with Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent for.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@spysec.eu. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
